My first comic of Wolverine
Hi all,
I remember reading Wolverine 45 by Larry Hama and Marc Silvestri for the first time with my friend Jason, who had himself just started reading comics. I read it in awe page after page. It was Wolverine 46 that I began reading comics on a regular basis. Page one was amazing. I remember starting to draw from this page. I still love the page.
I was recently in an art show where four of us in the show were in a panel answering questions of various kinds. One question was if I had time to draw for me. I told the audience at the time I didn't have time, but after a few weeks of thinking about it I realized it was time to draw something I wanted to draw. Though, I love the projects I'm doing, Rock Slingers and Steamroma. Below is my remake of Page 1 of Wolverine 46, by Marc Silvestri. His will always be perfect, but it doesn't hurt to give my own spin on a masterpiece.

It was a lot of fun, something I'll try to do more as I progress in my other projects. For now, back to the grind.
Thanks,
Josh
